The directory below uses existing operator records, not a list of advertisers. Only operators with approved, current licence verification, verified identity and the required religious approval documents appear while the Umrah service is enabled. Operators can appear before publishing a package, so a zero available-package count is not a promise of future availability.

Verification is a starting point for your own checks, not a guarantee of a visa, Hajj allocation, permit or service quality. Check the operator’s current authorisation for your chosen scheme and season with the Ministry and issuing authority. An Umrah approval does not by itself establish permission for a particular Hajj allocation.

Request the legal business name and a written agreement naming flights, visa services, hotels, room sharing, meals, transfers and assistance. Ask about excluded services and substitutions. Confirm cancellation and refund terms before paying, and keep receipts and correspondence securely.

Package counts exclude unavailable or nonpublic records and do not represent all products the operator may sell elsewhere. If no suitable offer appears, contact Help for guidance rather than assuming a booking or enquiry has been created.

For Hajj, separate registration from allocation and scheme application. For Umrah, confirm who helps with the Nusuk permit and separate Rawdah appointment.
